My name is Melissa Sattenspiel and I run a bookkeeping business for small-to-medium sized businesses and the self-employed. I am thorough, dependable, and accurate. I am very skilled with QuickBooks (user since 2001!) and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel. I have personally been a bookkeeper for over 7 years and have worked as a full charge bookkeeper for eight different companies, including small businesses. One of my biggest accomplishments during this time was to build an entire accounting system from scratch for three of these companies.
As a full charge bookkeeper with these companies, I was responsible for billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable (A/R and A/P), payroll, expense reports, collections, and other bookkeeping tasks. I also produced timely financial reports for managements use.

- Fluent in PC and Mac software platforms using any current or older operating systems. Internet knowledgeable.
